How many bottles of wine needed for 30 table lunch banquet?

Hi btb!

I'm holding a 30-table lunch banquet at orchard hotel and given 24 bottles of red wine. Anybody has the experience or may have some idea how many bottles are usually required so I know how much more to purchase?

Any recommended place to buy wine and hard liquor?

HI i have 9 bottles of red wine to let go. $15/bottle, if take all $120.
Its wolf blass, bilyara, shiraz, year 2010.

30 * 1.5 per table = 45 bots
minus hotel provided 24 bots = 21 bots
Since it's a lunch, consumption will be lesser.
So you can consider purchasing additional 18-20 bottles. That should be sufficient.
you can consider hth wine & spirit as they provide 50% consignment
