Hi! My bf n I r interested in this venue but we saw there is a bad review in their fb. Have anyone engage their service before? Or in the process of planning ur wedding with them?

I'm holding my wedding there in Jan. It's been alright so far, and my planner is pretty patient esp cos I'm the sort where my ideas come in piece by piece. I was a little worried that they havent approached me for decor so I asked but turns out the convo usually starts about 4-6 weeks before..

She told us that she would get back to us on 2 occasion but she did not. Instead we haf to ask her ourselves. This really makes us think abt the credibility of the company. I have been in contact with jasmine from one-host. Not a good experience so far, response is slow and she don't seem interested to help us at all. Another person from 1-host also promised to meet us but played us out on the same day an hour before we're supposed to meet. He didn't get back to us ever since. Considering not to go with them based on experience so far...

Hello! Sorry didn't see this earlier, my wedding was great!! But deffo feel that the coordinator assigned to me could be better? Janet had to step in a couple of times to help cos I flagged that I wasn't too happy with how things were going - but I'm not sure if its also cos me and my bridal party were extra nitpicky cos we do event planning for a living as well..

Yup the senior management noted. There r other things that wasn't communicated properly. Super glad that urs was great. Btw.. were there any extra charges that u haf to top up for your customise decor?

nope, the only thing they told me i needed to top up was if I didn't want white chairs. but I stuck with it. did they ask you to?

Sorry.. it is not really additional decor, but a customised wedding theme of mint, peach and white that we were promised. Is your wedding theme the standard that Rochester offers or your customised preference?

Huh serious?? maybe you should ask them why is there an additional cost cos the contract should say decor based on your theme, cos mine did and I didn't pay anything extra.

Their food is great. But planers for wedding, is the worst of all!!!

yeah I was really annoyed at one point but I gave my feedback and then it got better but AD itself also cos cock-up. we told kitchen to hold serving wine for abit cos it was running out but when my husband aka the groom asked for wine he was rejected. like srsly u say no to the groom?!?!
