We had maid to take care my dad, but my mom keep complaining about her. She always use phone, i actually i am ok as long she competes her job, cause i know taking care my dad is not very easy for her. Recently she seem to be change in her, i can hear even wash toilet, i can hear she shouting/talking to her boyfriend. Also each time go bring dustbin to ownstair.. she very long time den come up.. is like getting worst... even at night she went to kitchen on the phone, den we tell her nicely to her not to talk duing doing housework, and also telling her dont shout using phone, den next following day she give my mom black face.. sigh!! ... i am thinking to get replacement or send her back. but if is replacement, meaning i have to send her back to agency, which mean i have to give her allowance till another employer employ her where by i dunno how long she will get employed. den we w
