Help! Halal food for muslim guests during chinese banquet

Hi btbs!
my hotel is not halal-certified but i have some muslim guests hence i will need to cater food from external vendors..
anybody knows of any halal caterer that can provide 8 course meals (or equivalent) for about 4 to 5 pax?

Hi Mila, I thought usually hotels have an alternative arrangement for Halal meals? But they might have a minimum number of guests required, not too sure if the caterer is willing to cater for lesser people.. I might be in the same boat as you .. might have about the same number of Muslims friends and mine needs a minimum of 6. Haha

The hotel cannot provide halal food as they do not have the certification (due to alcohol).. they can provide a no pork no lard menu for these guests but we think it is better for us to cater halal-certified food..

Oh okay, I just realised mine is also no pork no lard, but they also had the option for an outside caterer should I require the halal certification..
