My boyfriend and I are shopping for wedding bands, and we recently come across the brand ALUXE. Could anyone who has purchased from them yet share their thoughts?

My fiancé customised my engagement ring from this shop and I super love it. The staff Audrey who served us / my fiancé assured me that designs are never reused / resold if they are customised. Guaranteed to be unique. Moulds for the ring will be discarded. But it also means if it goes missing it will have to be made from scratch.

And subsequently when we went for wedding band shopping, we saw a wedding band that we both liked at first sight. But it was our first shop and we weren't sure if we could find any others that we would like. The person (at a wedding fair) who served us very kindly said go look around first. We never saw any that was as unique as this shop. So we went back to the main shop for our wedding bands too.

(+) service was great even when browsing it was one of those rare shops that actually served us even though we said we were just browsing (imagine the whole row of jewellery shop at ion jewellery street)
(+) service was great from designing to conceptualising to delivering (from my fiancé)
(+) unique designs (for wedding bands) they do have alot of designs for engagement rings too if you do not want customisation
(+) customisation fee was reasonable (from my fiancé)
(+) lifetime servicing and so on I cant really rmb the exact details plus my chinese isn't the best. The people here prefers to speak in chinese but they do serve cust in eng too.

(-) Taiwanese shop need a lot of time ~10 weeks to make and deliver the ring back to singapore.
(-) I am putting off engraving my proposal ring due to the time required
(-) any ring adjustments resizing needs time too

I remember their factory is in Taiwan, as it's a Taiwanese brand and they have their own factory. However, they do have stores in Hong Kong, although I haven’t been to any of them.

I highly recommend it! Last month my boyfriend and I finally picked up our proposal ring from ALUXE, after spending about 6 months carefully considering our options. Here’s a quick breakdown of our experience, we placed our order at the JEM store. Since it was a custom-made ring, it took around 8 weeks to complete, and the ring was engraved with our special vows, making it all the more meaningful.

Before deciding on ALUXE, we explored local, international, and niche brands, visited many stores and attended wedding fairs. But what ultimately stood out for us at ALUXE was:

1) Service Excellence: Consistently friendly and attentive consultants.
2) Unique Designs: We were captivated by their tri-colored rose gold rings, especially since we’re both huge fans of Beauty and the Beast.
3) Transparent Pricing: Everything is clearly listed on their website—no surprises!
4) No Hard-Sell: Every store visit or fair we attended gave us fresh insights. The consultants were respectful of our budget and preferences, and they never pushed us to make a decision.
5) Convenient Location: We ordered from the JEM store, which is conveniently close to our home.
Now, every time I look at my sparkling ring, I feel the entire process was absolutely worth it.

Quick Question – Wedding Bands?

We’re still undecided on where to get our wedding bands, but I’ve heard that ALUXE offers fully customisable bands made in Germany. Has anyone purchased their wedding bands from ALUXE? Would love to hear about your experience!

Taiwan not Germany haha.

I got my wedding bands here too. They have a wide variety of designs that are unique (imo)

Can choose Matt non matt and material colour for the rings.

We didn't customise as we found a pair that we both like.
