Yap, will upload pictures after my food tasting.
Mini, I don't prefer having Solemnisation on stage during banquet. I ever been to one, I didn't really pay attention cuz was busy catching up with friends on the same table. Haha. Rude i know but is just normal. It is not as touching as having it done at a quiet place, where ppl really listen to the vow n feel the touching moment.
I saw many couples do it b4 the banquet start but the guests are all hungry like hell as u know banquet always starts late with late coming guests.
Good idea with atleast one course starting frist b4 the Solemnisation but it will naturally get noisy when people is eating and with all the utensils noise at the background.
What my sister-in-law (an ex-GPCH bride) did was to hold Solemnisation early b4 the dinner start, around 5pm (so guest who want can come early), it was held at the ROM room (see the layout below) beside the banquet ballroom. After the ROM, she will remain at the reception area to greet guests who arrive n take pic. I find it nice. You can talk to your co-ordinator, think he/she can organise a ROM room for u if no1 is using it.
w3n> Ya try not to go for too small of a puncher. I think is best to have a confetti that is about 1cm in diameter. Too small will become too light, and is harder to throw higher. U want ppl to throw it above your head and fall down instead of throwing it at your face level. =)
