Hi all, I just had my AD in Gallery Hotel last Sunday. The guests feedback on the food was superb and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves... I had my tea ceremony there too at the lounge area. Gathered both sides family and relatives at the hotel for tea ceremony. Easier. Then no need to travel back to the groom's place again. Richard, the banquet manager and Sri, the ops manager, have been very very helpful and professional to tend to our every needs. We had our lunch reception buffet after the tea ceremony. Works out just nice as we can take rest after the reception! Waking up so early in the morning is no joke! Haha...

I just had my wedding reception at Gallery Hotel. Had an extremely good experience with them. The event was smooth and sucessful. The food was excellent and all my guests enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

I just had my wedding dinner at Gallery Hotel, Zenden Lounge too.
The decoration was beautiful. Very very romantic ambience And we had a flutist to play for us. Most guests commented that the food was tasty. They didn't expect buffet food to be so nice. My banquet manager is a nice lady too. They allowed us to do a short salsa dance for march in too.
My guests enjoyed the wedding. Just a few relatives who still preferred Traditional banquet to Buffet, gave some negative feedback.
But most importantly, Both of us enjoyed ourselves and this is really a Fun Wedding.

i had my wedding at gallery early this yr 3 jan. I was quite disappointed though everything runs. They cropped up with my march-in song, so when I march-in during solemnisation, there was no music.
Kind of feel.. there's still something missing.. or something incomplete during my wedding whenever I think back. I feedback to them and was like being brushed off, saying they were trying to balance the sound system n mic. To me, its all rubbish. Don't tell me its the first time they do this. How can they messed up like tat. haiz. on the other hand, its no point dwelling on things that cant be undone.
juz wanna remind u ppl, if u r holding it there, make sure.. 100% sure, do a runthrough. with the music.. everything. that's wat we failed to do, and wat we didnt insisted on doing. when i requested to test the music, video, also a run through, reason was like.. the soundman was nt there. so we left the cds for her to test. till the actual day, we still didnt get to do a runthrough as we were already short of time.
my co-ordinator is hui hui. I personally feel that I needed someone who is proactive. I m always the one asking qns, instead of her asking whether we would need this or tat.. anyway.. if anyone here is to have her as ur co-ordinator.. do consider to ask for richard.. he might be better..

for my wedding day on 16 Jan... Everything is Okay.. except for the DVD man, he forget to inform my Emcee to announce the playing of montage...and he just played it... thus, many guests did not notice the montage was playing..and because of this, i felt that something is incomplete too... i totally understand your feeling... but overall, my wedding was fun...

Chic, Splendid ambience. There were candlelights and roses on every table and that is what make the whole place beautiful with the Wedding Feel.
Nice food too. Surprisingly nice for a Buffet dinner. My friend's wedding had a flute player as well. But I am not sure who engaged the Fluteplayer, could be Gallery hotel ?

Our wedding on 17 july was a smashing success at Zenden Gallery hotel! We're fairly certain there is not another couple that had such a fantastic time at their own wedding. We are equally sure that it was due to the smooth sailing operation made possible by the manager and staff of Zenden. The service we received went beyond our expectations. We were able to enjoy the company of our friends and family because the staff made sure that everything was orchestrated beautifully.
One of the excellent services provided was the decorations. You did a wonderful job making sure that the centre pieces were perfect. The tables were beautifully set, the food was delicious and your staff was professional and attentive. The #1 thing that people tell us about the wedding is “the food was SO good!†We can’t say thank you enough, or tell you enough how impressed we were with the service. We even made a few small last minute changes the day and it was clearly no big deal. The staff was extremely courteous and everything was ready to go on time. We were 100% satisfied with everything from start to finish: your hotel is extremely easy to work with, and we just wanted to say thank you for being such a large part of making our reception a huge success!

my wedding with Gallery hotel was great too...
I did a salsa dance with my hubby, and one of the staff told me that we are the first and only couple who did a wedding dance in Gallery hotel Zenden lounge so far.... feel so "honoured", hehehe
i feel very happy as many guests had great compliments about the food too....
All my friends commented that it was the most unique and special wedding they ever been to.... and some of them are taking Gallery Hotel into considerations too.....
only thing is that the elderly were not appreciative of the settings.... as you know, elderly chinese preferred round tables...
But i feel truly grateful to gallery hotel for making my wedding a success too....
