Hello! i had also just signed for a package with them.. am abit worried though as i've seen quite a few bad reviews(most recent dated at least 2 yrs ago) with regards to their after sales service!
However i've a friend who coincidentally took up their package 4 years ago.. she said their service was quite good!

Oh I haven looked at the gowns actually. But it's also cos I know I'm not very particular about gowns. I've tried at other places and already roughly know what kinds of cut I need, which is quite common haha, so I'm not too worried if they have the gowns I want. But if you're particular you can drop by to take a look

Hi. I signed up with them last year. And decided to have my wedding photoshoot in around this year August. I went back to their shop 2 weeks ago to seek for some enquiries and also to book a date for my gown selection, I can say their service was quite good. I did not have any bad impression with them so far. Hope their service can continue to be good throughout the whole process

Thank you so much I feel much better haha May I know who is ur coordinator as I signed with Jasmine and I'm not sure if that means she is my coordinator or I will get to choose etc.

I also signed up with Jasmine. But I do not think she is the coordinator. I believe I will be able to met one during the gown selection. Then from there can choose whether we want the person to continue be our coordinator or not.

I signed with them recently too for pre wed shoot and I find them very friendly and nice...
They gave me a whole load of gowns to try.
I'm not sure who my coordinator is but we've been in contact with Paulson. He's a pretty nice and patient fella.
Going to choose our gowns and suits for pre wed shoot next week....
