Four Seasons Hotel Ballroom Upgrade

Hi! I’m a 2024 bride who’s booked the banquet at Four Seasons Hotel Ballroom. Our wedding is in September and we were told early June that there’s going to be an upgrade with a rather huge change.

Was wondering if there’s any other couple here who booked Four Seasons, are affected by the upgrade and prefer the old architecture?

Hoping to get enough interest to see if anything can be done as the change was a decision made without seeking consent from couples who have booked their ballroom.

Hi, there will be an an LED screen installed and the carpet will be changed to green.

Hi, as per what jesssstich mentioned in regards to the changes. I was just told of it 3 weeks ago and we are supposingly the first couple who will use the new ballroom

Adding on to my original post, do pm me if any of you are affected and maybe we can gather and feedback to four seasons as the change was done rather last minute and we weren’t given any choice except to accept (at least for me no service recovery was offered and tbh, I don’t think any service recovery can help)

Oct 2024 bride here. We were just informed too. The aesthetic of the ballroom is 100% different from before, and not what we want for our wedding. Will be emailing in and asking for the issue to be escalated to senior management. It's not right that they informed us last minute and expect us to just accept it.
