Evening elegant California designer - One-Shoulder Silk Faille Column Gown to sell off

I am selling a brand new evening gown by a California designer, Alexia Maria (https://alexiamaria.com). It is brand new because it is a little too tight for my hip area and given this is silk material so therefore it can only be alter into smaller size and not bigger. I bought at US640 (SG860), last year June and selling at SG650 since this is brand new and has not been wore before.
