Divorced fathers’ experiences in parenting

New Member
Dear Fathers,

We are a group of final year NTU students seeking participants for a research project titled “Divorced Fathers’ Experiences in Parenting”.

In this study, we seek to understand fathers’ experiences of parenting after divorce. The study will involve an interview that takes approximately 1 hour, and will take place at a time and location most convenient for you. The interview will consist of questions regarding your past and present experiences of parenting, details of your divorce proceedings, and outlook on fatherhood.

We are looking for participants who are:
  • Male
  • Singaporean/PR
  • Aged 25 and above
  • Have child(ren) aged 14 and below
  • Divorced for at least 2 years

Participation is strictly confidential and entirely voluntary. There will be no reimbursement for your participation. However, your participation is greatly appreciated and may help further the study of gender, family, and divorce in Singapore. This information may, in turn, help others who are facing similar situations as well as policymakers who need to understand and respond to the needs of people like yourself.

If you fit these requirements and are interested in helping, please sign up for the study through this link: https://forms.gle/zvGiUEodaTjXbxTr5. We will contact eligible participants within two weeks.

Feel free to contact us at [email protected] should you have any queries, or wish to clarify any doubts regarding the study.

Thank you!
