hi does anywhere can tell me if my Wife want a divocre we been married for 7 years and I holding on to a bto flat which I only stay for 2 years and we have 2 kids .. whereby the playing of hdb flat and Reno is only pay by me, if each of us is taking a child custody am I able to keep my flat ? Do advice plz thanks a lot ..

Heya from my understanding because it's a shared property title. Your wife by law will have the right to claim half.

Ok.. coz the house owner is me my Wife is listed as a occupier Ma.. and the house payment is only pay by me and she doesn't want to have a claim in it .. mostly important is my flat haven reach the min 5 years and we have 2 kids if my Wife and I each take one child custody am I stilll be able to keep the flat under my name after we divcore ?
