Digital certificate - Solemnisation affected

We received a call this morning from ROM that our JP will not be available for us because of recent change in procedures for solemnization. Our AD is Nov this year, we have last than 2 months look for a JP replacement.

p/s: Anyone also experienced the same issue too?

Greatly appreciate if anyone can help recommend a solemniser that speaks both English and Mandarin that is available on 11am, 26 Nov this year?
