About one week before the wedding, the couples are supposed to give a confirmed guest list.
I have afew tables of 10 and 11 and 12.
So I gave them accordingly, table 1 - 10pax, table 2 - 10pax, table 3 - 12 pax so on so forth.
My colleagues were sitting in a table which I catered for 12. One of them couldn't make it.
So the rest of the 11 pax knew and told the server to just serve the 12th pax and they will share the food among themselves.
The server told them no, this table only cater for 11 pax.
My colleagues knew it was not possible, because one of my colleague couldn't make it. But they didn't tell me on the day because I was busy going around.
At the end of the day, Conrad billed me as per the confirmed guest list I gave them one week before my wedding.
I've already signed for the bill. That was before my colleagues told me what had happened. When I was signing the bill, I give 100% trust to Conrad being a 5 star hotel.
Now, I do not know which other table have similar experience. I am waiting for the hotel to come back to me with a good explaination.
