Somehow she has choice her bf over me.. To stop my pain further. Aw it affecting my temper, i need sleeping pills to sleep. I have given up and let time take over the course.. I dun know how long i will wait. Maybe till the next gals arrived

But I find that there is really no point to fight on. Since she has already made the choice.
I think the best way is to stop and wait, at the same time keep a look out for other fresh relationship. Keep yourself open to other relationship. Don't waste ur time waiting.
There is definitely someone out there better and ready for you.
I sometimes have this thought: If she loves you and chooses you, then she is the one in your life and you have to hold on to her and love her with all your heart. but if she didn't choose you and doesn't love you as much as the other guy, then she is not the one. Then, you should look for that someone in your life, and not waste your time waiting for something that is not yours. We are getting older each year, not like when we were in secondary school or poly.
