Quail's Eggs with American Ginseng Dessert

I got make bfore, nice & easy.
Ingredients :
American ginseng 10g
Dried Tremella mushrooms 15g
Poria 20g
Quail's eggs 10 (cooked and de-shelled)
Water chestnut powder 60g
Rock sugar Add according to taste
Water 3 rice bowls (600ml)
Instructions :
Chop the soaked tremella mushrooms and discard the tough ends. Place the mushrooms, American ginseng, rock sugar, poria and water into a soup pot and steam with small fire for 1 hour.
Open up the pot and add the eggs and steam for another 15 minutes. Melt the water chestnut
powder with some water and add into the steamed dessert and stir. Add sugar to taste.
