As everyone is aware that we require advertising revenue to keep SingaporeBrides operational, we therefore would not allow self-advertising of services or self-promotion of website links in the postings. However, as time goes by, more and more service providers have become more covert in their postings. Many occasions, we'll have to rely on our investigation and some guesswork to decide if a message should be removed.
There will be times when we may not be correct or accurate in our conclusion but we'll uphold our decisions unless strongly proven otherwise. This is because we have a set of guidelines which we follow and thus we have to be consistent in our decisions. Of course, due to sensitivity, the guidelines cannot be publicly shared.
We acknowledge that the current system is not perfect but it is the best that we have in order to have as open a forum as possible while we continue to generate advertising revenue and continue to run SingaporeBrides.com for the genuine wedding couples.
