Changing Banquet Manager

Hi everyone, I have met a terrible banquet manager that basically ignores me and asks me to coordinate on their subcontractors directly. But after escalation, I am just put back with the same banquet manager - no explanation given by her manager, no response, nothing. My complaint was forwarded to the same banquet manager and she reverted on it, as if there were no consequences.

Has anyone else been in the same situation? Any ideas on how to tackle this?

I've already paid more than half the banquet costs so it's not possible for me to switch to another hotel at this point. But honestly, I am concerned on how my wedding will go, I am basically at their mercy...

Why not you change sales person instead? Just tell the manager that you are not comfortable with the service given. if they can't change manager than change venue and ask for full refund. cannot refund that make it big. not sure if lemon law helps but can try. which hotel is that? can share?
