The caterer I had was Lavish Dine. It was good, and many guests complimented the food. Service was good too. In fact, I changed a number of dishes... I think 3, they didn't put restrictions. The roast are their specialty (lamb, beef and chicken), their bread & butter pudding was good too.
Fairybride, u've got the right sequence, but then again, it depends on how flexible your plans are. I had mine all in church (i met my hubby in church direct, then recept, followed by tea ceremony).
