1. http://www.hdb.gov.sg/
2. Under category: Buying A Flat --> click on Sale Launches
3. Scroll down to Past Sales Launches --> click on Sep11 Sales of Balance Flats Brochure
4. Go to Flat Details tab and select Clementi
5. Click on the blk numbers beside the block plans to view the floor plan for respective blk...

I haven't chose the flat unit, my date selection is in Nov-Dec 2011. How abt yours?? U chose Liao?

I saw in the hdb88.com.sg that the collection of keys are in 1st quarter of 2012. Blk 416 about Aug 2012. Heehee.. Just nice for me.

Hi Pinkymoo81, yup, i went for my selection today...
nope, i wanted a unit on a high floor (above 30 storeys), but units on the higher floors all taken...so i chose the unit on the highest floor available for that column of units...
the lady told me that the key collection tentatively is around april 2012 but maybe earlier...cause the flats are nearly completed
