i bought the love series as a wedding band in dec 2012 in mbs.. during march i realise that it is out of shape and went to ion outlet for convenience purpose.. the staff say this is the 1st time the encounter this situation and perhaps due to personal negligent or sweat, in results to it.. .. nothing can be done as here is no warranty and therefore i accept it sadly and stupidly reasons given...
in july i was shopping in mbs cariter, there is a staff who aggressively to push sales to me which make me annoy and i ask about my ring condition that make me even more angry.. she totally ignore and nv show care about my question/concern.. she advise me to buy a new ring instead which i find it is ridiculous.. as the product disappointed my trust for a 18k gold to be dented and the services from them are very bad.. then she say she will get back to me as she need to check with hq 1st..
after which she asked me to handover the ring to taka outlet and they will send back to their hq and rectify the problem.. cartier customer service in taka will follow up with me ...
days later they told me that they can solve the problem at a cost of 1k which i think is too much.. i rejected the offer and told them that i bought this ring less than 6mth and this happened which i am working as office environment that i cant believe will be out of shape. she then reply that she will check with the management again and get back to me.. she mentioned that if the repair cost is less than 200, am i willingly to accept.. i told her very angry that is not the money matter and i can accept the possibility that i maybe rough tat results the matter but i cannot accept the professional reasons given by the staff such as sweat and advise to purchase a new ring. what rubbish is that... she apologise for the matter and offer a polish kit as they did not provide me a set when i purchase the ring.
Days later, they told me that they will absorb the repair cost and ring can be collect after 1 week. but the nightmare has not stop.. during the collection, i realise that the ring is much thinner and asked what has happen... they told me that they have to polish the ring and of cuz it will be thinner.. i am totally blur that how their staff work and advise customer accordingly..
i am totally clueless and unaware that to reshape the ring or repair it need to be polish as i dun wan to polish it as i know it will thinner the ring.. what is so bad that , the ring is still out of shape but is not so obvious as they have polish the ring which make it thinner and not easily seen.. i really bth and nth to say about them.. then i ask for the polish kit and she say she cant give me. i need to look for the staff with agreed to provide me and take from her.. what is this!!! i angry until i took the ring and went of.. haiz.z. did even wan the polish kit as well..
