It was my childhood dream to have my wedding there since it was the last hotel my late dad worked in. But the service was terrible, from emails, to calls to basically everything that’s I have requested for, that to me, was more than reasonable requests.
We went ahead to look at other hotels (lucky thing my Brother actually is in the hotel industry) and trust me.... way better service standards were given from those of better star ratings than Carlton.
It took me more than just rationalising with myself to drop the whole idea of having it at Carlton. This shows how disappointing their service standards are.
