Hi,

anyone knows who sang this song ? I've got one from the full monty 2 soundtrack but that's a little too upbeat. think there are a few versions.

THere was one version I heard at my fren's wedding.. and it had the right intro for the march in cos it was used as a march-in ! The singer was Lauryn Hill. May have to check with her then....

Oh! that was the one i had -- yes lauren hill.
but it was kind of long isn't it ? i remembered the intro was music for quite long, then the singer starts crooning ' it's too good to be true' . the intro is a little upbeat rite ?

I thnk it's more suitable for champagne pouring. Cos if you use it for march in. You must march in pretty fast leh.

I've used the dance version for march in. Dunno abt you ladies but conventional slow march-in is kinda boring. Upbeat tempo with everyone tapping their feet is a refreshing change. the dance version also has a happy celebratory feel to it.
