You can go to ROM website and check. Just login using Singpass, then key in his/her NRIC no. plus name and then you will be able to check his marital records. If i am not wrong, each person is allow to check TWICE a year means 2 persons' records.

u can't chk from the court unless u are the one involved in the divorce.
