Budget venue?

Hi all,
2020 BTB here.
Wondering if anyone has suggestions on budget wedding venues?
Planning a saturday, seated, self catered buffet style lunch for about 150 pax.
Alright with slighter pricier venues if it comes with tables and chairs for guest seating?

I attended a wedding at Rendezvous Hotel and its quite nice. Central location, attentive staffs.
Spoken to the hosts and understand the prices were very reasonable too

For the weekend wedding dinner we attended, its around 988++ .. but its a 8 course meal.
You might find more information + perks at the Wedding Wonderland @ Suntec this weekend, as I understand they will be there too
