I think for your case, just get a 8kg washer, since you have to wash curtains and your bedroom stuffs.
Though is occasionally, the amount of load will be too much for a smaller washer.

The price btw the 7 and 8 kg is not too big, so you should invest on a bigger 1.

Hi

This thread seems to b v quiet now. I need some advice on washer/dryer. I have space constrain and am thinking of getting a slim washer cum dryer.

I have a fam of 2 adults and 3 children (5-9yo, school uniforms, daily clothes, pajamas). Pls give me some advice which machine is reliable, so far i only heard of Thomson 6/3kg and Brandt 8/4kg. Thanks!
