The cause of bloatness in the tummy is not only wind and water. It is due to gastritis. When ones gastric is not good and fragile, you will tends to have bloatness. Indigestion can cause bloatness as well.

i also had tis prob since young.. recently was sick for abt 2 mths.. went to c sinseh.. n also highlighted to her abt tis issue.. she then tell me eating biscuits n bread s it is will create more wind in the tummy.. so to reduce the wind whilst eating bread n biscuit is to dip them in milk b4 eating.. it will reduce the wind going into our tummy.. i tried n it seems to work.. mayb u gals wanna try ^_^
cos of the ingredients used to make yellow mee. Using chinese sin seh wld advise us not to take yellow mee as the gee not good for my stomach. Some ppl are very sensitive to it and wld trigger the pain if they take yellow mee. I'm one of those unfortunate ones. I'll have very bad bloated stomach (air all trapped inside and unable to release out) 99% of the time if I take yellow mee.
looks like i'm not the only victim of bloatness.. i'll be very bloated when my menses coming and during the menses period, even my HB can see the differences in me before and after my menses.. my wedding coming and my menses is due during that time too.. anyone can help, i don't want to look bloated in my photos?? is the pai du mei yan bao really good?? any side effects?? tks!!
not only bloated on the stomach area, my whole body will looks bloated and fat.. even my face.. i heard the best way to fight bloatness is to sweat it out.. i've trying to do exercise, but thought maybe can have other ways to cope with the bloatness..
maybe u can pay a visit to your GP and get a pill to delay your menses so that u'll not have the inconvenient of having it during your wedding.
I think drinking lots of water does help to prevent bloated stomach. I have constipation so I think I'm one of those worst hit. I try to drink apple cider vinegar as well as taking apple cider vinegar pills everyday. People also said must chew our food slowly and do exercises. I usually have severe bloatedness if I eat the wrong things but sometimes quite difficult to zoom in on the food stuff....so far I think peanut is one of those that I should avoid. I going slow on peanut butter as I still sometimes take it with a slice of bread in the morning. I keep a bottle of Ju Yee oil (ya, for babies) in my bag and wld apply it whenever I have bloated stomach...so far so good
The pills to delay it does help to prevent any convenience during special occassion. Tried that during my travel and it helped though it will cause some irregularities in the next few periods. But think its okies since we are not taking it frequently.
Better to consult GP 2-3 wks b4 it so they can do something. If close to your mense, there is nothing they can do to help u.
Hi all, I heard that bloatedness is also caused by eating too salty stuff. Also, we need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day so that we can "flush" out the toxic. If one's body do not have enough water, then our body will automatically "retain" the water as "backup", hence resulted in water retention.
For me, I'm having bloatedness and constipation problems too. The thing is, i'm not those type who drink alot of water... =( Maybe that's why i'm having these problems.

i tried the fruitylite extra during cny. it does taste a little different from the original. i think with the sugar free version it just make drinking it less sinful and also without the fear of feeling guilty drinking soft drinks now.
gonna get a box and compare it to the original to see which one i prefer. hehe.

the taste is somewhat similiar to the original and it works just as fine as the original. you can try it as it is sugarless. don't need to worry about the sugar content and drink to your hearts content!
