gals.. by taking pills to solve such prob..wun u gals b afraid of affecting ur fertility or pregnancy in the future?

ever since the slim 10 incident.. i had phobia of taking pills to solve any defects for my body..

The cause of bloatness in the tummy is not only wind and water. It is due to gastritis. When ones gastric is not good and fragile, you will tends to have bloatness. Indigestion can cause bloatness as well.
Angela, when your tummy feels hard. It is fats! You have to cut down on fatty foods.

I also experienced bloated stomach especially when i eat things such as biscuits, any junk food or even when i drink coffee and tea.

Any cure?

i also had tis prob since young.. recently was sick for abt 2 mths.. went to c sinseh.. n also highlighted to her abt tis issue.. she then tell me eating biscuits n bread s it is will create more wind in the tummy.. so to reduce the wind whilst eating bread n biscuit is to dip them in milk b4 eating.. it will reduce the wind going into our tummy.. i tried n it seems to work.. mayb u gals wanna try ^_^

most importantly, refrain from taking yellow mee cos that one would causes one to have stomach problem or gastritis in years to come. Some ppl also cant take milk.

Jo, do u have constipation problem?

Somtimes, the "bloatedness" will make me feel hungry.

oh no, why yellow mee? and also why bread and biscuits?

yeah sometimes i wait too long to take my next meal then will cause bloatedness also.. now i refrain from doing that alr.. bloatness very uncomfortable..

oh and if i eat before i go for my afternoon nap, usually wake up also will cause bloatdness. anyone experience this? i dont sleep immed. after i eat though..

cos of the ingredients used to make yellow mee. Using chinese sin seh wld advise us not to take yellow mee as the gee not good for my stomach. Some ppl are very sensitive to it and wld trigger the pain if they take yellow mee. I'm one of those unfortunate ones. I'll have very bad bloated stomach (air all trapped inside and unable to release out) 99% of the time if I take yellow mee.

looks like i'm not the only victim of bloatness.. i'll be very bloated when my menses coming and during the menses period, even my HB can see the differences in me before and after my menses.. my wedding coming and my menses is due during that time too.. anyone can help, i don't want to look bloated in my photos?? is the pai du mei yan bao really good?? any side effects?? tks!!

not only bloated on the stomach area, my whole body will looks bloated and fat.. even my face.. i heard the best way to fight bloatness is to sweat it out.. i've trying to do exercise, but thought maybe can have other ways to cope with the bloatness..

maybe u can pay a visit to your GP and get a pill to delay your menses so that u'll not have the inconvenient of having it during your wedding.

I think drinking lots of water does help to prevent bloated stomach. I have constipation so I think I'm one of those worst hit. I try to drink apple cider vinegar as well as taking apple cider vinegar pills everyday. People also said must chew our food slowly and do exercises. I usually have severe bloatedness if I eat the wrong things but sometimes quite difficult to zoom in on the food stuff....so far I think peanut is one of those that I should avoid. I going slow on peanut butter as I still sometimes take it with a slice of bread in the morning. I keep a bottle of Ju Yee oil (ya, for babies) in my bag and wld apply it whenever I have bloated stomach...so far so good

Hello

The pills to delay it does help to prevent any convenience during special occassion. Tried that during my travel and it helped though it will cause some irregularities in the next few periods. But think its okies since we are not taking it frequently.

Better to consult GP 2-3 wks b4 it so they can do something. If close to your mense, there is nothing they can do to help u.

my MIL has this prob too. but after she took this drink called fruitylite she feels less bloated after meals. her bad cholesterol also decreased by 20%. she's taking it everyday after meals though.

i think must take regularly to see effects. yea.. if im not wrong it costs $6.90 for 12 sachets.

Hi all, I heard that bloatedness is also caused by eating too salty stuff. Also, we need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day so that we can "flush" out the toxic. If one's body do not have enough water, then our body will automatically "retain" the water as "backup", hence resulted in water retention.

For me, I'm having bloatedness and constipation problems too. The thing is, i'm not those type who drink alot of water... =( Maybe that's why i'm having these problems.

i introduced Fibrena to a few of the brides in another thread. it's a detox fibre drink that tastes like ribena... i am also taking it cuz i got a big tummy and a small body. haha... i've got a friend who took it, she lost 15kg in 2 months. a lot of others tried too.. and they were pretty satisfied with their results.. so i feel it's pretty useful for tummies, constipations and weight issues.. thought you girls might be interested :)

i also suffer from that and my mom brought me to see a chinese doctor and she did accupunture for me and my condition did get better and so now i faithfully will go for my accupunture session every sat and also another way to help is to take small meals

maybe you can try drinking hot tea or plum juice?

or you can even try fruitylite to see if it helps.

personally i drink it when i'm in need of a cold drink and not in the mood for soft drinks.

quite refreshing especially when you drink a chilled one during a hot day.

it helps if you chew your food slowly as well. then again with the hectic lifestyle everyone is having today, it's not easy to sit down and enjoy a meal eh?

i guess the best way is to eat healthy. if not just drink tea or fruitylite when the bloated feeling comes.

My grandfather (a country doctor) always told us the cure for a stomach bloated with gas was to drink lots of water and walk around. Light physical activity combined with the water forces the gas to move through your system.
Instant option: Quickly drink 6 oz. of cold club soad with about 8 shakes or so of bitters.and a little salt. Works for great short term relief of bloating, nausea etc. Try it....You'll like it....!

usually like what honger suggested, i will drink fruitylite when i stuff my face with food.

other than that, usually i will pay attention to what i eat. try not to eat too much also.

drinking water helps with the bloated stomach? but wouldn't that make your stomach more bloated and you'll be uncomfortable to walk around much least do light activity?

maybe i should go try that when i feel bloated. for now i'll just drink my tea and fruitylite.

ya, it's not good to keep stuffing the face with good food. especially with cny coming soon, more good food.

thank goodness for fruitylite. if not i also dont know how to survive the festive period without it.

yeah! CNY coming and the festive period just passed. sure eat alot of things one and i'm sure this period still bloated one.

better pay more attention to how much you eat. if not sure constipated and bloated one. by then maybe even fruitylite also cannot help!

you should try the sugar free version of fruity lite call fruity lite extra.

not only sugar free but it has added vitamin c.

drank it at my relative's place the other time. not bad i must say.

i tried the fruitylite extra during cny. it does taste a little different from the original. i think with the sugar free version it just make drinking it less sinful and also without the fear of feeling guilty drinking soft drinks now.

gonna get a box and compare it to the original to see which one i prefer. hehe.

you should try it out. it's not bad in my opinion as compared to the original fruitylite.

i think the fruitylite extra have the sample box. maybe you can get it and try it out to see if you like the taste.

yeah. you should really go try out fruitylite extra.

the taste is somewhat similiar to the original and it works just as fine as the original. you can try it as it is sugarless. don't need to worry about the sugar content and drink to your hearts content!

been drinking fruitylite extra for awhile now. so far i think the taste is ok. but sometimes i'll still make the original one and drink.

just trying not to overeat now as it's not good for the body as well.
