i just went down to Qian Xi at Farrer Park but i did not meet up with the lady whom u gals are disscussing about (Suzanna)... I meet up with a guy name Torrance, whom i find not bad & explain everything in details...

I'm planning to held my wedding there in Year 2012 & i do have their latest price list (different from internet).

Hi Binnie, if I didn't rem wrongly, they allow u to do so. They oso have many songs in their PC for u to choose for march in as well.

Hi Binnie, sorry for the late reply. U still can use ur own songs for the march in. I used theirs as I like the songs very much. Anyway wat u mean by warranty free songs?? Do u mean gonna pay a fee for the songs tat gonna play on the AD itself? As far as I noe, I didnt pay any kinda fee for the songs being played.

Hi can I check will Bliss garden provide flower petals or party poppers for the guests to throw during the 1st march-in? Some I heard have to buy themselves, some I heard they provide..

Anyone has attended wedding over at expo? How's the overall service of staff and decoration of ballroom??

I also signed up my wedding package with Qian Xi (Sg Expo)... so far experience from them was not bad... my co-ordinator is Torrance... not a bad guy... though he talk quite fast... haha...
looking forward to my wedding in Jan 2012.

i just signed with qian xi for expo.. i think its better to engage torrance then to engage suzanne.

he threw in alot of perks because my mom say we hainanese. -.-" (jokingly.. but i think he took it seriously)

one bad thing is that qian xi cannot use the manhantten card to claim rebate.. =( sad.

LOL.. the perks not very BIG perks la.. but torrance was nice enough to offer them.

1)he offered more discount on food tasting,
2)discount and advise on wedding favors
3)discount on the credit card, (he allow us to pay a bigger deposit with no credit card charge for the 1st 4k, so i can get rebate of 200)
4) offer us the use of one of his captains for mc on tt day
5) provide us with the events dates the minute we have them,
6) give us more printing perks (print more cards etc)
7) at first i wanted farrer park, diamond ballroom, but my table not enough, he try to bring down the minimum tables for me. =) end up still take expo.. but consider farrer park, its very impressive!!

but its not really the things he give but more of his attitude that i really like. he was very accomdodating and very responsive.. i chose him over a few other places.

Where is the restaurant and is the wedding held in Singapore Expo ballroom? I only heard about Tung Lok.

Quite interested to hold my wedding here as the venue can accomodate my intended no of guests. Is complimentary parking included ? did not see this in the wedding list, if not included, can we purchase parking coupons for the guests or somehting like that ?
And how is the overall service ?

i asked for complimentary tickets, they say cant. overall i think their service is okie. =) torrance is a nice guy.. but i think if u wan the decision maker, should go to suzzane to get more perks? my own thinking la.. haha

Its at Bliss Garden Restaurant, one of the chain under Qian Xi Group =)
I'm holding it in Jan 2013.
No complimentary coupons cause Torrance says its under the care of Expo, not their restaurant :/
Didn't really get to squeeze much perks cause its quite standard as per their package in website.
