I saw very pretty cages with roses at the bottom at goldenhappiness while I was there to buy my feather pens. They are actually under the Money Box section, guess it might be abit too big but with some creative ideas, maybe can hang the rings like its on a perch perhaps? Can go take a peep at their website.

If you have basic art sense, go to one of the pet shops at Serangoon north and buy one bird cage. A real bird cage. Costs less than $50 for a simple one. Bring it home, spray paint it white (or whatever colour you like), decorate with flowers. Costs waaay less.

The large cage measures 19” Height x 10” Width x 7” Deep. The top of the cage also opens and the measurements for the opening 10.75” x 7.5”.
The small cage measures 15”High x 8.5” Width x 5.5” Deep. The little latch door measures 3”H x 4”W, the top also opens and the opening measures 8.75”W x 5.5”D.
The cage are sold in a pair for $60USD and inclusive of US ground and intl shipping should work out to about $90usd (estimated) because they should take up quite a bit of space. I'm using borderlinx to ship items from US to SG because the seller doesn't sell overseas. Therefore the bigger cage should cost about $50USD and smaller one cost $40USD .... It may cost more or less. I'm most likely taking the smaller one. Let me know if you are interested.

I think she refering to Deco.. i saw it too..but that time the lady boss is super not free to entertain me..so i just walk out..din get to ask if got any othedr design.. i think is $38 .. Moonfairy.. keep me updated if you are buying from there.. and do take pic.. i cant rem wat it look likes now.. i think plain cage is ok..
as wat Ene said.. just go back and respray it or add more beads,fur, ribbons some hearts here n there will be nice enuff.. maybe buy two can be cheaper?? then i go down and buy with u??
