went to Baroque 2 weeks ago and was served by Andy and gotten a quotaton for my 5 rm resale. Can I request for general feedback about andy ? also the price quote , how much are you able to negiotate down? I understand from my friends that sometimes you can neg the price down quite a bit. Would be totally grateful if anyone care to share their quotation too...

Andy! I am not so sure how his service is like. But normally, if you want to negotiate, make sure you do some homework first. Like for example, ask from other ID and check on the type of capentry work, the type of wood, the type of joints and stuff like this. If you find that the quality is being compromise from baroque, then you nego over it.
As to how much you can nego about it, well, all depends on the ID on how willing he is giving you. alright?
I've just had a bad experience with Baroque and I've already signed up with another ID company. Those interested, can PM me and I'll share. It all boils down to it being a totally unprofessional bunch of people there...

Whatever you see in the quote, it might varies a little here and there. because the real actual quotation will come when you have finalised on the ID, and you bring him down to your place for site examination, there he will have an exact idea and see any difficulties in building whatever you have requested in the reno list/design. ok

Ya, I wanted to clarify with him regarding the materials as well. Cos the quote states max is only $2.80 tiles, but i wan to know the exact brand of the tiles he will be supplying base on the price. As i have heard of inferior quality as well as those of good quality.
Capentry is also very important to me as well. Been hearing some varies comments. But i would still like to see the showflat first before i decide anything.

You are right on-Bingo, the main thing bugging me is the same one that is bugging you. The $2.80 homo tiles and ontop of that iwanna see what kind of supreme laminates they are giving cos i know supreme flooring have high range, mid range and low range.
