Ask compensation from hotel

Hi everyone, I recently had banquet dinner at a hotel. During the event, the hotel staff forgot to place the door gifts on the tables, which I only discovered at the end of the wedding. We negotiated with the banquet captain, who proposed deducting $510 (equivalent to the cost for 3 guests) as compensation, and we agreed.

However, after I got home, I realized they also failed to provide the well-wishes book. Feeling upset, I wrote a complaint email to the hotel. While they apologized repeatedly, their response felt insincere. My question is: can I request further compensation from the hotel, even though we had already agreed on the $510 deduction and the bills have been settled?
