anyone worked in ST kinetics? can share your experiences? is it a good company to join?

Some of my frds quit after working there for awhile.

in finance dept....is turnover rate very high?

Arh.... finance dept most hectic liao.... I can say 50-50% lah. haha.

Every month end is a headache. Payroll, OT & bonus payroll, invoicing, vendor payment, freight payment, chasing payment, and last but not least.... plenty of audits.

how about Starhub finance ? Anyone work there before ? Can share your experience abt the hours (OT, pack work home, can leave on time etc), environment (friendly or political etc), work (messy or information can be found in place etc), culture, pro-family ? etc.
