it will not be a waste trip, i guarantee. i went to changi boardwalk over the wkend for my outdoor, very nice sceneries and quite hard to get similar photos/backgrounds as other couples as there are so many different things your photographer can capture and u can also request wat type of background u wan for ur shoots. The sunset is good, unlike sentosa. Go there for a change from sentosa!

its located very near aloha changi resort. not sure what public transport u can take, but u can check how to go to aloha changi and you will be able to make your way to changi boardwalk.
