as for price, it realli differs for ppl to ppl. we choose this ID coz he is beri nice guy, and we trust him. he is also a pri school long time friend of my FH's colleague.

hi totoro, for us, we do intend to cook, coz both of us love to cook...hehhehee....... and try out new things beri fun loh.....
so we will make sure we get a big enough fridge to store the ingredients too....
but we stay near my parents, so most likely will go home half the days in a week to eat yummy parents-cooked food lah! hehehhehe.....

I've sourced around but their quotes are not to our expectation. got the feeling that they trying to "ge tou" us...so, we have to be extra hardworking to source for market rate.

hehe...i've also got a few quotes, mostly from ID and 2 from contractor. ID can offer advise on designs and colour coordination but contractor not so expert in that lor.
but i'll be most probably getting contractor's services instead cos wanna save $$$.
i find that carpentry very expensive leh

hi sweetsuz, you are right! carpentary is the most expensive!
We are also contemplating using ID or contractor. As you gals said, contractor simply just listen to your requests and work on it, that's it!

i'm open to ID as well. the reason i'm concentrating on contractor as i'm not going to transform my place into some interior art. juz need to do the basic things like kitchen cabinets, master bedroom wardrobe and lightings. hence even if i engage an ID also of not much help.

hi totoro, as i am staying with my parents now, both of us go back to my parents place in BP to have dinner. if i ever buy something from BP, will buy from the foodcourt, or the sakura restaurant. my parents like the chinese resturant opp upper bkit timah road from the BP lrt station. but now they change chef liao not that nice. as i dun reali like western food so neber go swensens or jacks place in the plaza, but u can try?

i am thkning of hanging up our wedding potriat, but dunno hang where. guess will only know when the house is done up...
i will also prob frame up some wedding photos (or table tops) and put them at our bedside tables....

mine not windy leh probably bcoz mine is low floor. i on the aircon every night.
i usually go back to my in laws place for dinner. they staying at pending road. if my MIL not cooking, we seldom go bt panjang plaza to eat bcoz everytime go there dun noe what to eat so sian. most of the time go there is go ntuc buy house stuff.
i hung my wedding photo in my bedroom but i angle it such a way from the corridor to my bedroom can see liao. can admire myself from far mah...
