Anyone attended ROM @ Albert Court Hotel?? What about GoodWood Park?

I need to know how their service is like? Prompt? So far the Sales team for Albert Court have been painfully slow at responding to me. Whereas the reception responds ASAP.
I am quite worried if their actual service at the Solemnisation is as slow....
Anyone care to share their experience there?

And for Goodwood Park pool side solemnisation, was it very hot? Did you have a good experience?
