Anyone apply Dew Spring @ yishun New Flat?

the new BTO floral spring location not good. those new house is block by existing flat.and the respond is not good base in the news.

I understand mine is 3-room, but our living rooms are similar. I'm not sure if I should place tv or dining table nearer to the window.

anyone checked out our DS construction so far? I saw some metal rods there while driving past n the gate was open... looks like they're constructing the support beams or something.

I just rcv a SMS from HDB, saying "Database update in progress"... has anyone log into My HDB page to check? I don't know which are new pictures or are there any new ones. It still state "Status as of : 28 February 2010".

This is such long wait for the house to finish. My neck is getting soooo Loooong.

hey dew springers!

i went past Dew Sping this morning and it seems like they're almost done with the void deck! I could see pillars although blocked by the scaffoldings.

i did try to design a bit, but failed.

The completion date seems to be getting earlier and earlier! First it was some time in 2013, then 3rd quarter of 2012. Now, 1st quarter 2012!

Hi everyone. I'm Blk 458. My hdb status is still reflecting The Probable Completion Date of your new flat is 2nd Quarter 2012. Tt's what was told when we signed the contract. No significant progress??

Recently contacted an ID firm, as our apartment will be completed in 2012, it might be a bit early to develop the design and quote as labour & material prices may change by the time the apartment is ready.

there's a coffee shop across jade spring. The new development across dew spring already included a minimart. just that have to wait another 3yrs..

I hope for shorter route feeder bus to reach mrt station. The current 804 is crowded and turn 1 big round to reach yishun mrt.
