Hi I would like to recommend Amos interior designer from Orange Cube. He had designed my friend house. All the friends and relatives like the design so much. He's responsible and helpful and he will also advise you on the necessary item to buy for the house. This is his contact 97709681.

Dear All

Maybe you would like to try the one that i engaged. He is a fengshui master who incorporate fengshui skill in his design for the house. Good bargain.

Hi, can try to get quote from my contractor. My house is in the mid of reno and completion in abt 2 weeks time. So far so good, no major probms and my contractor is a nice guy. More over his prices is reasonable, compare with over 20 quotes i get.

I'm using this uncle from Siong Long Construction. I didn't use him for the entire renovation coz firstly, it's a resale flat and many things already done and my relative knows carpentary. Hence, this uncle only helps me with misc stuff like changing of toilet bowls and painting. He's not bad. If anyone is keen, you may email me at [email protected]

hi, my personal view is get an experience contractor better than ID. belive me you can save a lot and you wld be surpise that they are better than ID when come to supervision and detailing. few of my friends including me done that, using the same contractor.

hi,

For my personal feel is that i will go for a ID and let them settle my design and other coodinations(i have compared the prices between contractor and IDs' quote and realise the prices didnt difference alot.), as for a i am too lazy to do all the follow up if i get a contractor.

So far my ID has not disappoint me. Have been on schedule.

Hi all home owners ,

I would like to share with everyone the shocking experience we went through after we engaged UniXXX CreatXXX.

In my opinion, they are a company very professional in packaging and luring customers to sign up with them. They will emphasized on their achievements “case trustâ€, “prestige award winner†and “8 years warranty†; so customers will tend to believe that they are a honest and trustworthy company which will provide top notch workmanship and services.

However, all these are proven untrue after our first payment made. Our Reno is a tedious and painful one , it took us more then 4 months to complete where in the first place the ID promised us a 6 weeks completion period. What make it worst, after the last item installed, they will pressed us for final payment even though cleaning and touch up work not done. I'm ignorant to believe their "8 years warranty" and did the last payment. After that, whole team “disappeared†and never attend to my calls or do any follow up! I have contacted their office many times and only received delays and excuses. Can you imagine, we are forced to move in and do our own cleaning and live with all those defects unattended by them.

To all who have engaged their services. Do penned down everything in black and white right to the very details. For those who have the intention, better play safe then sorry, there are many more better ones out there.

We sincerely hope others don’t have to go through what we have suffered and I wish all of you the best of luck.

We think we know who is Leo talking about. They are at 282 Balastier Road. Don't ever used them. We used them in end of 2006 and they are still as bad as ever. My kitchen cabinets started falling apart in 2007, master bathroom sink started leaking in the 1st year. Study table collapse in 2007... The list goes on...the service then was so bad and the rectification works were pathetic. Due to work schedule, we kind of no choice but to live with it. 5 years now, we have a new born, we realized we really need to get something done n fixed up since we are still "under their 8 years warranty".. Guess what.... Their attitude remains as pathetic n bad as ever...
Somehow, they seem to enjoy getting people upsetn shout at them before they get moving on their job. Talking to them nicely willnot help.
I shan't go further details... U guys pls avoid them... It's very very agonizing managing these ppl n they just screw up your house...
You can find more victims http://search.insing.com/business
(google for the company ....)

The guy we liaise with is Derrick ... NEVER NEVER use him nor use UNIxxXCREATxxE!!!!

I've recently engaged an ID for my parents' new flat. It was slightly pricy, but it was definitely worth the price! The quality of the carpentry work was good as well. ^_^ PM me if you're interested! Hubby and I are considering engaging him again once our love nest is ready in 2015. ;p
