there would be 2 upcoming dbss in tampines.

the one launching around year end would be located (u know where is TP? Beside TP 'hostel', there's a condo, and beside the condo, there's an empty plot of land). dont shoot me if i got the location wrong.
this one would be under sim lian.

the one that hdb just released is beside the current The Preimer dbss. This plot was just released for developer bidding. so not sure when launching

anyone bought the dbss in tampines? the centrale 8? we went to see the showflat, found that the bedroom not big enough .. heard the price drop. This wknd will have the confirmed price.
