So qiao...by chance come in to this thread wor.... I always patronise SODA salon at H.Village and the boss, James is my regular hairstylist wor!! Hahaa..I should consider myself as one of their regular patronages bah...hehe...

I usually do highlight and perm at least once or twice a year...hohoho...depending on my mood swing la ;P... but will definately go for hair trimmed at least once a month with James. Highly recommended for his skillful and pro job

I will give my thumbs up to him coz I always feel very happy upon leaving his salon...

Must try SODA at least once tho since there are ppl talking about this salon.

More info here is... It is in the same row with Katong Laksa and there is one pet shop beside SODA (corner salon). Hope you find SODA satifaction

i used to go essensuals too! then my stylist left and I just followed her around.

luckily she moved to a lower end salon. so much cheaper!

Hi ladies, thanks for all recommendation about SODA hairdressing. Wow, finally met James and he got my hair permed and coloured for me. Here's my feedback,

He's cool and confidence! Everyone like my curls as much as I do. I left him to choose the colour to highlight my hair and the end result was great on me. I must say I like his work very much. Price is reasonable due to my long hair as compared to those I know of. Wahahaha...so happy. I think I look stunning lah;D

Has been a regular to Cabello Casa (toa payoh ctrl) for months now. I always get the director to do haircut for me. His name is alan and his cut leaves a good shape. Overall service is good too, staff is polite and well versed in their products and services.

As i have dandruff problem, alan suggested to sign up the hair spa treatments. I would say i enjoyed every session, walking out of the salon feeling relaxed

Went a couple of times to Leong. 2 branches - dhoby ghaut singapore shopping centre, another at clementi. He's the director, very patient & detailed guy so you've gotta give him time to give you a nice haircut. Director charging $30-$40

Finally done with my haircut, I am pretty impress with James. Though it cost 85bucks for my long permed hair. But i am happy with the results.

I would go back for future perms and haircut.

i want to do something about my hair but am not sure what to do about it. i have rebonded a few times before as my hair has abit of natural waves.

so now i'm not sure whether i should stick to rebonding or try something new. but my close friends have advised me against perming cuz they didnt think it will suit me.

any good salons to recommend for rebonding/perming? i stay in the west but i don't mind travelling, as long as it's not too far.

i don't have a high budget for my close to waist length hair though. hee.. thanks!

I like to highlight my hair with two colours-brown and red. The hairdresser will use just a little of the red to bring out the richness of the brown.
