we met up with Emily a few times, she even brought us to see a flat she has handed over.. =) she is quite good in terms of design and attitude. but price abit high.. =) we decided not to take up their offer cos of the price.. sigh..

Renovated with Cis*** in around 2004. Till now only one problem encountered. The hydraulic handle for dish drying rack panel came off the wood. Called them and they rectified within that week and its weekend they came as what I remembered. Think they provide 2 years warranty. Must say its above average workmanship although I don't quite like my ID.

Hey we are with CxSxxxn too. So far i would say think with most ID clear communication is important.

Our ID was too junior hence do ask around for a more senior person(4 yrs exp) such as Emily or Hui Ying. Doing a final checklist today before we shift our things over. Will blog our house at a later stage

Oh our most pleasant exp was lighting

called up on monday bout defects n scratches and came over today to rectify.

I had signed up with tis ID firm. Mainly cos of e interior designer tht am working wit. Ray is very helpful and creative. I had being to a few firms and think am very comfortable wit him. Am waiting for my 3D drawing now. I shall update again

I have signed with this ID company last year. The experience was unpleasant. Most of the time, we have to call our ID and he seldom check the renovation unless we asked to meet him. Sometimes, he even refuse to answer our calls. The worst part is we told him we will be using PUB gas but he forgot to arrange the PUB person to come down for installation of gas pipe. This delay the installation of our kitchen cabinets cos we have to wait for the PUB person to come down first. Next, he told the contractor the wrong laminate for my kitchen cabinets. This further delay the renovation. My ID is Clive and we really regret engaging him.

I can't rem which package I go for but we do hav add on, on top of e package. Total 20k. Ray is helpful juz that he is forgetful sometimes as he do hav quite a few projects on hand e las x when he did for us. Do hav to reminds him things on followup calls. Overall, he is a nice person to wrk wit lah. Yea he is funny too... And so we laugh alot throughout.

I did my house reno with this company last year!! Overall very unpleasant experience and pricey too! Attitude problem with ID, Emily Ooi! Be careful of her. She appeared to be nice at the initial stage but will slowly show her true colours! Good luck to those who engaged her! Who were those unfortunate ones who fell into her trap. As for those who have yet to sign with this company, don't even consider. I think you can find better deals out there! Intersted to know the full story, don't hesitate to let me know. Most willing to share my experience.

one advice, do not engage them. they provide lousy designs, poor workmanship and caused more issues for us by causing defects to our apartment!

my ID is Norven, so far so gd. He gives quite gd service and is constantly updating us on the progress.

Sharing what i encounter. All I can say is their attitude is bad.

i was introduced to one of the ID1 in cis**rn. It took me a while to get back to them cos I need to finalise what are the list of items which I’m looking at. ID1 got really unhappy n don’t sound courteous, he said since i already had ideas of my own, why do i still bother to engage an ID, go and find a contractor better! Allow me to clarify the “list of items†which I’m come out with are the basic requirements like color theme and my needs. I’m definitely not coming out with designs or how I want things to be done. I let the ID know my needs and up to them to propose whatever they think that suits or let me know if there is anything that cannot be done. Nothing wrong right? Explain to ID1 about this n there he goes again “since i already had ideas of my own, why do i still bother to engage an ID, go and find a contractor better! No need ID liao, what for ID spend so much money on design studies.. bla bla bla…†!!!!!!
In the end I still meet up with ID1 for discussion and got the quote. price is indeed steep. He also refuse to let me swap the items in the promotion package if I decided to take up the package.

Got to know from another friend of mine that they were using Cis**rn for their new flat as well. Was introduced to their ID, lets call ID2. ID2 allows my friend to swap the items in the promotion package (with GST absorb). Sounds good. However, ID2 either takes very long time to reply my msg, or keep changing appointments. so in the end, didnt even get to meet up with her, and most importantly nothing was done. pissed off, i mean who wouldnt? i call the company n request for a new ID. didnt go back to ID1 cos dont really like the way he talk. had a really nice chat with ID3 and send my floor plan over.

ID2 and ID3 actually went to tell ID1 that I got in contact with them tho they promised me they WONT until we finalised thing. !!! Don’t promise if you cannot keep ur promise! If it’s the company policy that you have to inform your collg/boss, let me know instead of lying to me.

ID1 called me n ask me what happen. his attitude is worse this time. he say things like, "WHAT YOU WANT NOW? WHAT YOU WANT NOW? WHY DID YOU CONFUSED US? YOU ARE VERY WIERD, Do you know who I am a not, do you know what is my position here a not. I'm the _ " seriously, so what? SO TELL ME WHAT YOU WAN NOW. i told him my budget and if there is room to negotiate and work within this budget. he reply me "CAN, U WAN THIS RIGHT. CAN! I CAN DO FOR U, BUT YOU CANNOT CONTROL ME ON THE WAY I WANT TO GET THINGS DONE.." **** IT! its my hse or ur hse? i didnt ask for too much, seriously, just maybe 1k lesser from what I was quoted.. Im not asking him to lower it down to 50% or what. can be done a not just tell me. do not need to use such attitude. of cos as a customer i need to negotiate, I cant simply signed blindly to what I’m being quote right.

decided to drop them. Very bad customer service they’ve got.
