I'm new in this thread. To answer some of your 'curosity'. Pinktulip, the most senior instr at this moment is Sharon (10yrs), followed by Michelle(9), Hai Ping & Cindy Cheong (8), Pauline& Agnes (7). I used to attend Cindy's cardio classes, KB,SW,HILo and she's very tough and popular. Since she injuried her back, she dropped all her cardio. I love her class, esp NB and pilates, one tough lady. Strict and stern at times as she really hope to see improvement in our body. But sad that she only has morning and noon classes now. Still will catch her bodblitz, pilates on sat,bj.
Jeni, I discover my arms are getting huge after a year+ workout. So decided to engage Cindy as my PT early last year cos I only trusted her. Through her, I learnt to focus or target correctly on the muscle intend instead of using lots of arm strength. Now, I'm beautiful again. Heehee. But one thing is you must be committed to achieve your goal. If not, just waste your money.
Pooh bear, where is Desiree teaching? I went back there recently and found that Jenny is no longer teaching there *ack* and the original trainer Carmen is back. Carmen's class is too pushing for me. It's pure torture to me.
Please, any update on this (good insructors & where they teach & what class)? Especially on other classes to try.
no one tried cheryl? i love her step aerobics class, and she teaches KB too...used to frequent chris's KB too but I've converted to steps as its fun n is a better workout for me. I also like the yoga class on sundays at bugis - been there twice only but the yoga instructress has got a body to die for! inspiring
