Hi sweetiipie, I've been to shutters for valentine day dinner. Food was excellent.. Very fusion style. I think do not have to worry. Or try gg for a dinner there to judge for urself..

Yeah.. I'm taking the ballroom for dinner. I checked with the waitress during the V'Day dinner at the restaurant. They said the food comes from the same kitchen. But I'll double check with the banquet staff during food tasting!

Anastasiazen, if you visit the printer, they have loads of similar cards of the same size & paper. Only difference is the front page picture. So they mentioned they have 'alot" of designs. Sad case, but I'm so reluctant to use them. So ultimate decision was to forgo them!

Yupz nwy...i dont think i will waste time go see their printer le....coz found another printer which we can customise and affordable....i will rem to ask them to replace something else for the cards...haha...

Thanks nwy.. Mine is in dec n I was told it's still early to talk abt flora decor. But I m v anxious abt it! Haha maybe I will try ask SSS abt the themes. Wat time did AS let u start using e ballroom? I think mine has a lunch prior to tt so scare they dun hv enough time to set up in time as I'll b having my holy matrimony at 630pm!

Drexter.. Ur card is so cute !

1112bride, I think u dun have to decide so soon. Can start looking at the options for floral themes when they send u the follow up. If u start too early u'll freak out with how to conceptualize the whole decor. Unless u are clear and certain of what u want. If not it's like fishing for a needle in the big sea!!!
With regards to the timing for usage of ballroom I'm not so sure. But 6.30pm sounds real early...

HI all, i just had my wedding at Amara Sanctuary in May 2011. Below are my feedback:-

1) my guests praised the food served were really tasty and huge portion, service is also good
My operation in charge is Guorung and he is really patient and knowledgeable and i'm really glad he is in charge of my wedding.

2) car park is really small and on my AD, there is a solemnization going on in the evening and there is no space for my guests to park at 6PM! We checked and found a few available lots and valet service insists it is for their own usage and insists my guests to take up valet service

3) my coordinator sucks because they take ages to email back and worse off, they reply one answer to one question, does not take the initiative to help more. Worse, they provide me the wrong address of the florist and they screw up my room booking requests.

Above are my experience with Amara Sanctuary, i would say their operation service is good but for their coordinator, u need 200% of efforts to deal with them because they are totally not sales oriented at all.

I have Amara Sanctuary at 22 dinner tables to let from 2011-2012. Depending on whether you want a week day or week end the prices ranges 938 - 1238 per table. The deal is very interesting as I gotten a villa.

As the date I am getting married is on 18 May 2012, their price was 1238+++, this exceeds my budget.. I have no choice but to let go. I can offer you rebates.

Pls email me at [email protected]

Hey all, just want to share that the service from Amara Sanctuary has got nothing to fault on! Had a not so good beginning with them on the follow ups until Jason Wong took over with Guorong and the rest of the banquet guys! Food was great too!
Didn't regret that I only go to Amara Sanctuary without comparing the rest of the hotels!
