anyone else bought lereve? me and my fiance bought a unit there. see if we can see prospective neighbours here =)

Btw ... Le Reve is located at Kampong Eunos about 5 mins walk away from Eunos MRT. Quite a nice project by Hong Leong Development.

hi Hui Jing, when does Le Reve TOP? is it freehold and do know how much is a 3 bedroom unit? i cant find it on hongleong dev website.

Hi LeReve is suppose to officially TOP in May 2009. We are expecting it to TOP it in late 2007 or mid 2008. It's in the process of being torn down now (the old condo) and many units are sold already.

3 bedroom unit (about 1000 sq ft) i think if you pay progressive should be about 600k. If deferred payment shd be a bit more.

We signed our S&P in Feb. Got to choose the units that we like. Now you got to go take a look at the left overs ... heard it was selling very well.

oh i forgot to mention that yes it is a freehold property. I would say it's pretty decently priced compared to Dengfu Ville which is just opposite the road. It's much cheaper than dengfu and nearer to the MRT though.

One thing is one side of the condo is near a moral home. So if u find that an issue, then probably don buy the side facing the home. We got a unit facing Kp Eunos Road which is a very quiet road. So yupz, you should head down and take a look. Conservancy for our 2 bed room is $190 i think. =)

Hi twinstarz & hui jing, managed to find a pic of my apt view.

As this is a small project with only 16 units (very privacy & quite), you get to know all your neighbours & the best part is the facilities are all under untilized. You hardly see any one using the pool & gym during the wkend too. Most of the time, we are the only family (me, wife & two cute daughters) making use of the facilities. It's just like u are having them to yourself. This kind of privacy is what u will not find in a big project where most of the time the facilities are over-crowded with people esp. during wkend.

Fyi, this project is fully sold. My unit is south facing(most popular facing with city view - sold out within one month after official launched).

I'm letting go at 700k neg (inclusive of newly made curtains & downlights for whole apt). Unit on 5th floor. Unblock & quite windy.

ya we bought le reve already. well just looking ard cos it's not up yet and our AD be in dec next year. Prob wont let go of our unit cos we love it... lolx. but ya we dun really need 3 rooms too. thanks!

I am just curious how much is the loan instalment and the maintanence charges? If say, I loan 500K from bank, is it going to be like $2k loan for me monthly? Means will most likely have to top up with cash right?

thanks! I will look out for that apartment next time. Wanting a 999yrs or freehold apartment that is within a set budget and situated in accessible places can be quite a headache sometimes.

I_love (all_things_shiny), it's freehold. Hmm.. it's gg to TOP in sept 2006.. but u got to get it from resale mkt. about 650psf.
 
Thanks pishako, my mister said he is giving up on that area (Balestier/ bendemeer) already so we are now looking at Kovan area. No suitable 3 rms at the moment that fit our requirements and budget so decided to make an offer for a 2rm one that will TOP next dec...999yrs but a little worried that we will soon find the space constraining...with a 3yrold hyperactive boy (at the moment), a maid and a fat dog....most likely have to construct a study room as well....

Having mixed feelings now. If the offer went thru, will worry abt the size. If it didn't then it is back to viewing showflats and running ard again....

btw, mister prefers not to get a resale unit lor...=_=...unless of course it is in a favourable condition...

I_love (all_things_shiny), oh.. it's resale but it hasn't TOP yet. It's brand new. All the units were snapped up.. so the only way to get an unit there is to buy from the original owners who bought the units for investment purposes...

what is the area size of the 2 bedrm? I heard there's atrium residences (but in geylang.. ^_^) which is 320psf. There's Southbank at lavender.. jus saw it in papers over the weekend

The Atrium is 999yrs i think...as good as freehold. Very attractive price and nice fittings as well. But i can't wait till 2009. Go have a look. =)

Hi! Anyone has got their condo and doing renovation? I need help in recommendation for carpenter, preferbly with good carpentry skills. Need to do up the following:

1)wall feature cum storage unit to hse the tv
2)lay balcony floor with wooden planks.
3)false ceiling for living, dining, kitchen, bedrms and toilets.
4) fix on granite for bedrm window ledge

Pls help to recommend.Tks in advance.

there's this ID called chesuyan in IMM tt didn't seem too bad.. @ least they don't overcharge for condo. But my hubby and I are still going to check out 2 more id firms..tho we had already gotten 12 quotations.

Hi! My hse only coming 2 wks time, my dad got his in the opp blk, which top 1st, so I hv gone to done the measurements and bot the basic furnitures. Me hv not started research yet, hoping to get some good recommendation.
Can let me know when u are done with ur research? Are Id more ex than contractor? Coz I dun hv much things I wanna do for my hse, also I hv my own deco ideas, so thinking of doing away with id.

jackio, i've not decided yet. Still shortlisting ID to go my place to take measurements before i compare the final few quotations.
