Hi all, not sure if anyone has bought stuff from Aero Furnishing before (esp the one at Marine Parade area)? Just wanted to hear if there are any comments on the quality of their furniture, thanks!

we got our bedroom furniture from aero furnishing lion city branch. delivery will only be in nov. the lady who served us, janet, is pleasant. helpful and patient coz we were quite loh-soh lah. she even bothered to give us a call to remind us of the additional fixture we required for our wardrobe after we've totally forgotten abt it.

so far, no complaints yet

I boght a sofa set fr them recently, notice the hve a 'Term n Condition' written at the back of their invoice which says something like:" In the course of delivery, if the furniture gets damaged, they will not be responsible for it?" Hence, i will be more cautious buying things from such shops in future .. (but so far, my sofa set looks OK)

huh, then the buyer must accept the faulty item?? That's incredible. Was thinking of buying the slumberland mattress and bedframe from them

We got our bedframe from them. it was scratched on delivery but they changed for us. nothing bad abt their services. but their prices are higher than what you can find at other shops.

we bought our bedframe at $800 after a bargaining session which we thought we have a good deal. but mths later at another small shop, it was selling at $600 (same bed name). we just went Aero yesterday and their price is still the same.

And for the same dining table that we saw at the Expo fair yesterday, Furniture Club is selling at $900 and Aero are selling at $1200.

Therefore, if you fancy something from Aero, look ard at other shops first, many of the items will be from same source but Aero had a bigger mark up price.

I had a very poor experience with Aero Furnishing and would like to share with other readers. I had my bedroom set delivered to my house recently. After the delivery man had left us, my wife and I upon inspection, discovered that the bed frame was infested with many small red ants. I am also not able to lock the drawer in our wardrobe. Besides that, there were many unsightly scratches in the dressing table. I had also bought another set for my Mum. The doors of her sliding wardrobe was not installed properly. There was a big gaping hole even after the doors were closed The worst was the after-service rendered by Aero Furnishing. They were not helpful or sympathise at all. It left a very bitter taste and it will be my first and last purchase from Aero Furnishing.

I would like to warn all coupls that the quality of the furnitures at Aro Furniture are very inferior and some of the furniture pieces are infested with ants.Extremely poor quality control ! Buy at your own risk.

Hi all, I have been to Aero too (branch at Parkway Parade and Paya Lebar) and find that their prices are on the high side (even during their so-called sale). Went to many other furniture shops and the prices are at least 20-30% cheaper. The quality looked no difference from anywhere else and unless you have too much cash, better look for similar pieces elsewhere.

I do not like the service too as we got followed the moment we stepped in and the sales person kept pestering us by introducing this and that where we only wanted to browsed around. Such service really put me off...

Hi all,
Chance upon this thread and decide to give some feedback.
We got a L-shaped study table from Aero three years ago. And the laminate on the table top is popping up and tearing. The quality of the laminate is unlike our bed which we got four years ago. In fact the laminate of the bed is still intact and the bed still looks new.
