My Wedding is on 25th November this year and i am looking for AD Videographer & Photographer.

Any recommendations?

For video, I recommend Esther (find "estherpictures" on Facebook).

For photography, do NOT choose Melvin Poh: a handful of the group photos he took for my wedding were out of focus (I mean, who on earth doesn't know how to take a simple group shot?). He slacks during my banquet reception also, stood one corner do nothing. Gosh.
