Hi jasmine, how are you? just to update you, i already on 1 month on the program that you recommneded to me. not bad, i had lost around 6kg where my target fat to lost is 14kg!

plus my super busy work and wedding preparation i am really tied up but i will work harder on slimming! my sister now with me on the program as she want to be a slim bride maid too heee. her result is soon to be visible.

I also went to *****************! Good thing you are carefull.. i tried 3 different slimming centres before going to the one in bedok. Did machines and wrap, acupuncture, massage, Shiatsu, etc. Spent above $7000. For some, I lost 1 - 2 kg but rebounded after stopping, while others have no results at all. Frustrating.

Despite the setbacks, I have no choice but to find a way to slim down. Went to ***************** in the 4th try and I am thankful I am fortunate enough to find it. My weight dropped from 73kg to 63 in merely 2 months. 16 treatments in all.

Until now it's a few months since I stopped and everything is good so far. Also if my weight increases again after eating too much, all I have to do is sign up for another 4 treatments to slim down.

It is been few months after I completed program. No sign of bounce back, hope I can continue to maintain until my wedding and even further !

well i think acupuncture slimming is a healthier way to slim down though, second to exercising. i injured my foot but terribly had to slim down over the past one year for my wedding. i went for acupuncture slimming for one year and managed to slim down from 60kg to 49kg at my wedding.

now that my wedding is over, i still have two sessions left. anyone interested, pls let me know [email protected], the sessions are at amk.
