Actually, the last i heard, there are still 2 units left unsold...if not, let me know if u are keen in 5 years time..keke..We got our place at a reasonable price, about $520k for 1,356sq feet. Downside of cos, is that its quite far from the city!!

For my case, I need to wait my current flat to reach 5 yrs before I can buy a resale, new EC is defintely out, cos I'll have to pay the resale levy...so just have to wait for PG to reach 5 yrs...Hehehe

doo, the balcony is not that big, but the view is quite pleasant at night.
