Hi Jing Fang, I nvr come across these things. But if it is true, not harm trying out since they quote you the cost price. But try to find out more abt the company before you decide on it.

Jing Fang, if it becomes the show flat, u wld have to put up with the inconvenience of the ID bringing potential clients to come visit every now & then! Make sure u get a good price ya.
