Sorry for late reply, very busy till now finally rest for CNY! My whole reno cost is S$39.5k, everything in. Only buy dining table, sofa & mattrees to move in. My quote lost when moving house, sorry! I went to 10+ IDs before confirm with Mike. Most IDs give quote abt S$42K to S$52k+ for the same job. Mike finished the job without delays with very good workmanship. Thanks for your photos. YOur hse is very cosy and nice. I got the same hanging light at your dinning as you =D...I bought at Lumiere, what abt you? I like your common toilet =D...But din seems to see the phot of your master bedroom and its toilet...

I only did minor renos, bot most of my stuff off rack. 8k for electrical wrks, feature wall, tv console, passage feature wall and light boxes only. I bot my dining and matching wall lights fr balestier lightings. MBR nothing much to see leh... Can show u if u want tho
